Decrease productivity with the Gamercize PC
What’s the easiest way to suck all of the fun out of your favorite activity? Just throw in a little exercise and you’ll be sure to hate it within just a few minutes. Now I’m not talking about things like the Wii which get you up and make you move a bit while playing your game, that’s actually kind of fun. I’m talking about the Gamercize, which makes you keep stepping or pedaling in order for you to keep playing your PS2. We covered the Gamercize for your PS2 when they came out back in September, but the creators have developed a new version that’s sure to make you hate your job more than you already do. That’s right, Gamercize PC. (Read the full post about ‘Decrease productivity with the Gamercize PC’…)

BlackBerry 9000 specs updated, this time for the better
We thought the specs were all but set for the upcoming BlackBerry 9000, but according to the latest report they have changed, this time with some extra goodies. Originally the 9000 was set to have just 2.5G EDGE technology which has been upgraded to include UMTS and HSDPA support. In addition to the 3G coverage the operating system is expected to be launched as 4.3.2 with a fast upgrade to the brand new 5.0.0, and when we say fast it really means by the end of the year.  Pricing and availability information have not yet been released, however some expect the announcement to come during the Wireless Enterprise Symposium in May. Click through for a few more pics of the sleek looking 9000… Via [Boy (Read the full post about ‘BlackBerry 9000 specs updated, this time for the better’…)

SCOTUS hearing milestone LG v. Quanta patent suit arguments
Posted Jan 20th 2008 1:46PM by Evan BlassFiled under: Desktops, Laptops True to its word, the US Supreme Court has started to hear arguments in one of those LG vs Quanta patent suits we’ve been following, with its eventual decision expected to have major effects on the rights of patent holders. Specifically, LG is arguing that since chipsets sold by Intel to Quanta use licensed manufacturing techniques and employ non-Intel components, Quanta also owes LG compensation as per its original agreement with Intel. Apple’s MacBook Air Battery Concerns

Apple’s MacBook Air Battery Concerns
With Apple’s new baby the MacAir not even launched yet - concerns have been raised over the battery situation already. As with some other Apple products - the MacBook Air contains a non serviceable 37-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery which raises the question about what happens when it inevitably looses performance? All laptops gradually kill the battery over time, but thankfully its just a case of snapping in a new battery yourself. Aple have also got a bit of a history with malfunctioning batteries, with a recall/replacement programme for the Macbook & Macbook Pro batteries sold in 2006. Luckily the battery replacement process is trivial for somebody not scared to use a screw driver. (Read the full post about ‘Apple’s MacBook Air Battery Concerns’…)

If you are the partner of a Wii addict, I recommend purchasing this year’s hottest confection–the chocolate Mii. Chocolate Mii is crafted to look like a miniature Wii, bolding displaying the message “Wii belong together, you and Mii.” Your sweetie will open the Wii-shaped box to uncover two chocolate Miis with red-hot hearts on their shirts. There are boy-girl, girl-girl, and boy-boy combinations, so your love can be shared with your love - or even with your best friend. (Read the full post about ‘Chocolate Mii for you and Wii’…)
