Well, great news friends, Enterprise to Apple means Microsoft Exchange and ActiveSync support. We can expect features like Push mail and Contacts, Global Address List, Cisco IPsec VPN, authentication via certificate, and even remote wipe. Also on the table is Salesforce.com’s Sales Force Automation CRM Application (SFA) and they’ve even thrown in support for maps. When can we get our greedy little hands on this you ask? As soon as the next iPhone firmware update rolls out, that’s when. (Read the full post about ‘iPhone gets ActiveSync support for Exchange’…)

Turbine could generate electricity each time you flush
Posted Mar 6th 2008 11:06AM by Darren Murph This one’s been swirling around for a tick, but Leviathan Energy’s brilliant new turbine is just too good to pass up. Showcased at the Cleantech Forum in California, this contraption would reportedly generate power from the downward movement of water through pipes in a municipal system. In other words, there’s potential to conjure up energy from simply flushing one’s toilet. (Read the full post about ‘Turbine could generate electricity each time you flush’…)

Dr. Murray Grossan claims to have the solution to the age-old problem, having successfully treated thousands of patients with all degrees of sinusitis courtesy of his very own Hydro Pulse Pulsatile Sinus System. Garmin Nuvi 2×5 Series: Adds traffic to the 200 series
The fact that GPS are becoming more and more ubiquitous on cell phones does not seem to hinder companies like Garmin from churning out navigation units by the dozen. After all, there is a big difference between navigating on your cell phone versus a full-fledged GPS device, which not even the NuviFone can bridge just yet. Fresh off the block from Garmin are four new units in their Nuvi 200 lineup, the “2×5” series, to be specific. Along with MSN Direct for traffic info, these four devices now sport the “HotFix” feature, similar to TomTom’s offering of QuickFix, which enables faster satellite signal acquisition. Windows on USB drive in the works

Windows on USB drive in the works
Microsoft plans to alter the portable computing landscape with its ongoing development on Windows StartKey, a portable USB flash drive which can store your customized Windows settings, desktop wallpaper, contacts, data, application, profiles, and possibly the whole bootable installation. This is an interesting concept for Windows users who are always on the go but perhaps too tired or too lazy to bring their laptops. More importantly, it is more feasible as backup system in case something bad happens to your PC or laptop. In short, you can turn virtually any Windows-based computer into your own personal workstation. Aside from its USB flash drive version, Microsoft is also working on different flash memory types and storage formats such as SD cards. Logitech’s Squeezebox Duet gets reviewed
Posted Mar 6th 2008 4:30AM by Darren MurphFiled under: Home Entertainment You’ve had ample time to mull over the specs and even take a glance at Logitech’s Squeezebox Duet on video, but if you’ve still been holding off until a legitimate review gave you the final thumbs-up, here goes. According to CNET, this network digital audio system has a remote worth swooning over, very satisfactory file support and a certain charm that’s only truly experienced when tuning into internet radio stations (yeah, it does that too). ‘Course, not everything was entirely rosy, as the scroll wheel was knocked for being unresponsive at times and of course, the inability to play nice with DRM-strapped files from the iTMS or Zune Marketplace (among others) was somewhat of a letdown.
