Sony teases us with hot super-limited-edition MGS4 wireless headphones
Posted Mar 24th 2008 2:57PM by Nilay PatelFiled under: Gaming, Portable Audio If Metal Gear Solid 4 truly is the last game in the series (please please no), it’s going to have gotten quite a send-off: a limited-edition gunmetal PS3 in Japan, a new $499 PS3 bundle in the rest of the world, the North American launch of the DualShock 3, and, uh, some wireless headphones. Well, not just any wireless headphones: a limited-edition run of Sony’s hot 7.1-channel MDR-DS7000s, with different artwork on each can. Sadly, it doesn’t look like these are going to be all that easy to get — only 30 will be randomly handed out to those buying MGS4 bundles from the Japanese Konami store from now until June 1. Better get clicking, Sparky.[Via Gemaga; thanks J]Tags: digital, dvr, tech, PDA (Read the full post about ‘Sony teases us with hot super-limited-edition MGS4 wireless headphones’…)

Dell to release a semi-rugged Latitude E6400?
This may be just another rumor here, but it looks like Dell is set to to make a semi-rugged version of the Dell Latitude E6400. If the standard Latitude E6400 doesn’t excite enough, then I guess the semi-rugged version which is reportedly to be shock-proof, spill-proof, dust-proof, and altitude and humidity resistant will be enough to make us wait patiently before upgrading to a new laptop.  The upgraded version of the still-yet-to-be announced E6400 is said to run on Centrino 2 processor and will sport 14.1-inch WXGA display with your choice of either a high brightness 750cd/m2 or a 650cd/m2 touchscreen display. The laptop will also come with covered DisplayPorts, UWB, Intel UMA graphics, and built-in GPS. (Read the full post about ‘Dell to release a semi-rugged Latitude E6400?’…)

Awaken your inner child terrorist, LEGO style
Here’s set of toys Osama Bin Laden or Saddam Hussein might have fallen in love with. Brickarms is a company that sells LEGO-reminiscent testosterone-inspired mini figures complete with their own sets of custom weapons and weapons packs. The minifigs are custom made with LEGO parts themselves and BrickArms just serves as supplier of accessories - an arms dealer, if you will - and offers custom-built weapons of mass destruction for your murderous and sadistic pleasure. I believe they ship to almost any country (as long as it’s on the map!) in the world, and they also give away free weapons with every order. Continue reading for a few more pictures of BrickArms minifigs, custom-made arsenal, and items that are proudly made of SOLID GOLD.
